Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2026
Right, let’s keep this straightforward. ReviewBridge.com is run by Aameya Digital Media, and this page explains what happens with your data when you visit or use the site. If any of it is confusing, email info@reviewbridge.com and we’ll explain it properly.
What we collect
If you just browse around reading reviews, we pick up some technical bits — which pages you looked at, how long you spent, what browser you’re on, your IP address, the site that referred you. This comes through cookies and Google Analytics. Nothing unusual there.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we get your email address. If you email us directly, we get whatever you put in the message. We’re not collecting payment details or passwords, and there’s no account system on the site.
What we do with it
Run the site. Send the newsletter to people who signed up. Reply to emails. See which pages people actually read so we know what to write more of. Block spam.
We don’t sell your information and we don’t hand it to other companies for their marketing.
Third-party services we use
Google Analytics tracks site traffic in aggregate — page views, traffic sources, that kind of thing. It uses cookies. The data is anonymised. If you’re curious, Google’s own policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on if you’d rather not be counted.
Our email provider stores subscriber addresses and handles sending. There’s an unsubscribe link in every message.
When you click an affiliate link, the merchant on the other end might set a cookie to track the referral. That’s their cookie, governed by their own privacy policy. Separately, Cloudflare handles our CDN and security (policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) and Cloudways hosts the site — their server logs may record your IP and access times.
External links
We link out to product websites all the time. Once you click through, you’re on their turf and their privacy rules apply. The Affiliate Disclosure has more on how our links work.
Cookies
Three types show up on this site. Essential ones keep things working — can’t turn those off without breaking the site. Analytics cookies feed Google Analytics. Affiliate cookies come from merchants when you click a product link.
Your browser settings let you block or delete any of these. Fair warning — turning off essential cookies will cause problems. The others are up to you.
How long we hold onto things
If you’re on the newsletter list, your email stays in the system while you’re subscribed. Unsubscribe and we’ll remove it within 30 days. Messages sent through the contact form get cleared out after roughly 12 months. Google handles analytics retention on their end — 14 months at the moment.
If you want us to delete your data ahead of schedule, just ask. info@reviewbridge.com.
Your rights
This varies by where you live, but broadly: you can ask what we have on you, get it corrected, get it deleted, or tell us to stop using it. Pulling your consent is straightforward too — unsubscribing from the newsletter is the most common version. Email us and we’ll sort it out within 30 days.
EU/EEA (GDPR): We process data based on consent for the newsletter and legitimate interest for analytics and keeping the site running.
California (CCPA): You can find out what personal data we hold, ask for deletion, and opt out of data sales. We don’t sell personal data, though, so that last bit is already covered.
Under-16s
This site isn’t aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If we find out that’s happened, we’ll delete it straight away.
Security
We take sensible precautions with your data. But no website is hack-proof, and we’re not going to pretend ours is the exception. We do our best.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top gets updated. Using the site after that counts as accepting the new version.
